We may be biased, but we believe at The Vision Center, we have the best doctors and staff in town! Dr. Loose, Dr. Henzen, and Dr. Trainer dedicate themselves to Optometry, our practice, our staff, our communities, and most importantly our patients.Their warmth, friendliness, and compassion shine through with everything they do in and out of the office. Educating patients on the importance of yearly comprehensive eye exams, along with the prevention and treatment of numerous eye diseases are a priority that our doctors make time for. They are strong advocates for children’s vision and love to explain the differences between eye screenings and comprehensive eye exams to parents and educators, as well as teaching them about the importance of early detection and correction of vision problems in children. The passion our doctors share for vision is what encourages our staff to learn more about the optometric field, granting them more confidence to instruct and care for our patients with higher ethics, value, and more affinity.
Dr. Gregory Loose

Dr. Loose is a lifelong resident of Stone County. He received his undergraduate degree at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He received his optometric education in Memphis, Tennessee at the Southern College of Optometry. Upon completion, he returned to Wiggins to practice full scope primary eye care with his Late father Dr. Roger Loose. Dr. Loose sees all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics and provides vision correction in the form of glasses and contact lenses as well as medical eye care. This allows access to treatment of most eye diseases and injuries without patients having to leave the comfort of their hometown. He is a member of and actively involved with the American Optometric Association and the Mississippi Optometric Association. Dr. Loose is also actively involved with the community, volunteering at and sponsoring many things from schools, sports, scouting, community organizations and churches. Dr. Loose is married to his wife, Allison, and has 6 children. In his free time you can find him tending to his cows at his Circle 7L Cattle Company.
Dr. Breeley Henzen

Dr. Sellier grew up in small town Kiln, Mississippi. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi. She received her optometric degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She practices full scope optometry for all ages including medical eye care. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Mississippi Optometric Association, and is board certified through the American Board of Optometry. She holds patients in the highest regard and practices with kindness, professionalism, and the most current treatment and management strategies. She is here to serve her patients in any way that they need!
Dr. Kristen Trainer

Dr. Trainer was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. She spent her college career at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi, where she graduated Magna Cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Dr. Trainer earned her degree as a Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has a passion for the medical aspect of optometry and strives to provide the best quality eyecare to patients of all ages. Dr. Trainer loves getting to know her patients and helping them see clearly and comfortably. She is currently a member of both the American and Mississippi Optometric Associations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Stormy!
Tiffaney Richerson
Practice Manager
Tiffaney Richerson is the practice manager for both of our locations. She has 22 years of experience in the eye care field, with 18 of those years in management. She joined our practice in 2019. Originally from the coast of South Mississippi, she now lives in Daphne, Alabama, with her husband, Jason Richerson. They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and will never turn down an opportunity to go to Disney World.
